- Order details: the items, sizes, colours, artwork and notes you submit, payment stages and their status, messages you send us about an order.
- Sign-in information: when you last signed in and how many times.
Why we use it
To create your account, produce and deliver your orders, send you production updates and proofs for approval, take payments in stages, answer your questions and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Payments
Payments are handled by the payment method you choose at checkout. We do not store card numbers on this website.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the shop (hosting, payment, e-mail, couriers) and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active and as long as we need it for accounting and legal reasons.
